Online Wellbeing Webinars
Priority Quest has developed a wide range of personalised webinar sessions, each to improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. We believe there are fundamental pillows to all wellbeing services, which include work-life; personal life; financial health; physical health and mental health - if one of these pillars if off balance it can be challenging to achieve wellness in other areas.
Each webinar session can be accessed as a group, or as an individual employee and can take place at regular times or accessed via watch back recordings at a later date. Throughout our webinars, our goal is to improve the overall health of employees and management teams by empowering them to make healthy choices and adopt a positive mindset.
Each webinar programme has been developed by accreted, fully qualified mental health professionals and wellness coaches. Our wellbeing masterclasses have been specifically created to cultivate collaboration and engagement amongst employees, through live Q&A sessions and polls. We aim to promote an online space that is safe, fun, informative and above all offers practical and realistic steps to achieve overall wellbeing.
