Mental Health Management Training
Priority Quest’s goal is to challenge the many preconceived notions around mental health in the workplace, and there is no better way to achieve this than through education. As we have already mentioned 1 in 6 employees have experienced mental health problems at work, an issue that is especially prevalent in poorly managed office spaces which are fraught with inefficiencies.
Our coaches develop mental health management training for management teams who wish to strengthen their ability to identify and manage stress and mental health amongst employees. We help management teams develop personal resilience and coping strategies for dealing with stress and supply them with the tools to effectively navigate negative and positive behaviours and isolate the warning signs of potential stress triggers.
