Corporate Wellbeing Audits

A focus on wellbeing in the workplace is no longer confined to esoteric circles, mainstream media has highlighted its importance and helped to propel the subject into the public realm. Companies that invest in wellbeing services not only protect themselves against lost profit through absentee days, but they also become a desirable place to work, which in itself is a unique selling point.

Before our wellbeing coaches can create a personalised programme, they must carry out a corporate wellbeing audit to identify what measures, if any, are currently in place. This is a great starting point to help us understand what you wish to achieve as an employer and the type of wellbeing programme your organisation has envisaged. We ask the questions that employers often feel unable to ask. We engage employees on a 1:1 level to identify areas they are struggling with and what measures they feel would help to elevate stresses, achieved through our personalised research sessions and questionnaires.

As part of a corporate wellbeing audit, we assess workstations, relaxation spaces, work timetables, current measures and more.
